Crews are scheduled according to their availability to accommodate school, outside employment, appointments, and other personal commitments.

We provide uniform shirts, caps/visors, and nametags.

Employees receive a paycheck every other week.

A $25 bonus is paid for each hired referral. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 30 days. If the referred employee is still employed at the 90 day point, the employee who made the referral will receive another $25 bonus.

50% discounts for meals one-half hour before or after a shift and during meal breaks. 10% discount on meals during hours other than scheduled shifts.

Every employee will be trained by a certified Crew Trainer using the most up-to-date e-Learning computer systema nd on-the-job 4-Step training method.
