All employees will be paid bi-weekly

A $25 bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a crew position with one of our McDonald's. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 30 days.

If you are working during the shift when the Mystery Shopper comes to the store, and you help the store receive a grade of 90% or better, you will receive a $20 bonus.

We fully support our employees education and offer bonuses for all our students based on their GPA.

Certified Swing Mangers get a paid day off for their birthdays.

Swing Managers are entitled to 1 weeks of paid time off after a year of being certified.

Dependent upon store sales, labor, and customer counts, you will be eligible to receive bonuses every 6 months.
