Description: Seeking a self motivated handy person to perform preventive maintenance work for a group of restaurants between Kalihi and Kaneohe. Primarily responsibilities include: maintenance of facilities including exterior (parking lot, windows, doors, signage, roof, landscaping, etc.); perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment; assisting with receiving/storing stock; and other duties as assigned. Job requires lifting, pushing, pulling, bending and climbing. Therefore, candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to climb and work on the rooftop. Candidate must also provide their own transportation and have a valid drivers license.
